NSC applauds NTIA for its release of the National Spectrum Strategy today, an important step for the next generation of spectrum use. Managing our airwaves is complex and requires collaboration from across government, industry and academia to make a long-term roadmap for spectrum development and use. NSC and our members stand ready to support this multi-stakeholder work.

In April of this year, NSC filed comments with the National Telecommunications and Information Administration in response to the agency’s Request for Comment on developing a national spectrum strategy. You can read those comments here. Our Executive Director Joe Kochan also spoke at an NTIA Listening Session where he shared more about NSC’s vision for the strategy directly with NTIA leaders.
